The varieties of grapes produced include: Ugni Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc for the white wine and Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot for the red wine which is produced in our small winery. The bottles are easily recognizable by there distincive label design.
The white wine is distinguished by its bright golden color with greenish highlights, its floral and fruity aroma, intense aftertaste and distinct tartness. It is a wine best served at 11°C and harmonizes beautifully with white meat, seafood and pasta.
The red wine, which is matured in oak casks, presents a silken ruby color with a floral aroma with dry fruit and nutty overtones, is a perfect accompaniment to red meat with rich sauces, game and savoury meals. It is .best served at 18°C.
